Djané Voice Solutions provides professional voiceover recordings, phone system management, script writing, and e-learning narration services. The specific scope of each project is agreed upon in writing between Djané Voice Solutions and the Client prior to the commencement of any work.
All services require full payment upfront before any work begins. By submitting payment, the Client agrees to the full scope and price of the project as discussed. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
No deliverables will be released until payment is confirmed. Djané Voice Solutions reserves the right to withhold completed work in the event of payment disputes.
Revision policies vary by package:
Revisions must be consistent with the original agreed-upon scope. Requests that constitute a new project may be subject to additional fees. All revision requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.
Standard projects are delivered within 2-3 business days from the date payment is confirmed and all required materials are received. Larger or more complex projects will be quoted individually with a mutually agreed upon timeline before work begins. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted full rights to use delivered recordings for their stated business purpose. Djané Voice Solutions retains the right to use non-confidential recordings as portfolio samples unless the Client requests otherwise in writing prior to project start. Commercial use of recordings for advertising or public promotion must be disclosed upfront and may be subject to an additional licensing fee.
If a Client cancels before work has begun, a full refund will be issued. If work has already commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed. Refunds are not issued once a final approved deliverable has been delivered.
Djané Voice Solutions reserves the right to decline any project containing:
Scripts containing mild language or profanity for legitimate commercial purposes are accepted at the sole discretion of Djané Voice Solutions. If you are unsure whether your content qualifies, please reach out before submitting your project.
Recordings intended for public use require additional licensing fees based on usage type:
All commercial and broadcasting usage must be disclosed prior to project commencement. Failure to disclose intended public use may result in additional fees or project cancellation.
Djané Voice Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question.
