Submit Scripts as PDF Files Please send your script as a PDF file to preserve formatting and ensure nothing gets lost.

Spell Out All Abbreviations Please spell out any abbreviations exactly as you want them read — for example, write "Doctor" instead of "Dr." or "Avenue" instead of "Ave."

Standard Delivery is 3 Business Days All standard orders are delivered within 3 business days from payment confirmation. Need it sooner? Add Priority Booking for 24-hour delivery (+$50).

Revisions Per Package Script Ready orders include 1 free revision. Starter and Business Package orders include 2 free revisions. Additional revisions available at +$10 each.

Commercial Rights A commercial license is not required for standard voicemail greetings. However, if your recording will be used to publicly promote your business, commercial rights apply and may affect your final price. Please disclose this upfront.

By using this website or engaging the services of Djané Voice Solutions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services
Djané Voice Solutions provides professional voiceover recordings, phone system management, script writing, and e-learning narration services. The specific scope of each project is agreed upon in writing between Djané Voice Solutions and the Client prior to the commencement of any work.
2. Payment
All services require full payment upfront before any work begins. By submitting payment, the Client agrees to the full scope and price of the project as discussed. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
No deliverables will be released until payment is confirmed. Djané Voice Solutions reserves the right to withhold completed work in the event of payment disputes.
3. Revisions
Revision policies vary by package:
Starter Package: 2 revision rounds included
Business Package: Revisions included until project is complete
Managed Monthly: Revisions included as part of ongoing service
Revisions must be consistent with the original agreed-upon scope. Requests that constitute a new project may be subject to additional fees. All revision requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.
4. Turnaround Time
Standard projects are delivered within 2-3 business days from the date payment is confirmed and all required materials are received. Larger or more complex projects will be quoted individually with a mutually agreed upon timeline before work begins. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, Clients agree to:
Submit scripts as PDF files
Spell out all abbreviations as they should be read
Provide all required materials within 48 hours of payment
Disclose commercial use of recordings prior to project start
6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted full rights to use delivered recordings for their stated business purpose. Djané Voice Solutions retains the right to use non-confidential recordings as portfolio samples unless the Client requests otherwise in writing prior to project start. Commercial use of recordings for advertising or public promotion must be disclosed upfront and may be subject to an additional licensing fee.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
If a Client cancels before work has begun, a full refund will be issued. If work has already commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed. Refunds are not issued once a final approved deliverable has been delivered.
8. Content Policy
Djané Voice Solutions reserves the right to decline any project containing:
Overtly sexual or explicit content
Material that is derogatory or defamatory toward any individual, race, or group of people
Religious content of any kind
Scripts containing mild language or profanity for legitimate commercial purposes are accepted at the sole discretion of Djané Voice Solutions. If you are unsure whether your content qualifies, please reach out before submitting your project.
9. Commercial & Broadcasting Rights
Recordings intended for public use require additional licensing fees based on usage type:
Commercial Rights — Required for any voiceover used to sell or promote a product or service (social media ads, online video, promotional content)
Broadcasting Rights — Required for radio, television, or pre-roll internet advertisements (e.g. YouTube ads)
All commercial and broadcasting usage must be disclosed prior to project commencement. Failure to disclose intended public use may result in additional fees or project cancellation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Djané Voice Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question.
11. Changes to These Terms
Djané Voice Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website or our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
